Placing Your Relative in a Nursing Home

This meeting will focus on five areas:

  • Long-term care options
  • The steps involved in moving a person with dementia to a nursing home
  • Paying for nursing home care
  • How to ease the transition for both the person and the caregiver
  • How to be a successful advocate for a nursing home resident

These meetings are ONLY for family & friends caring for people with dementia.
