Support Group Leader Training Workshops meet three times a year and are open to health care professionals and former caregivers who are interested in leading caregiver or early stage groups.

This intensive, 4 day training opportunity incorporates both didactic material with experiential group learning and includes a medical overview, interviews with early stage patients and family caregivers, an overview of services offered by us, as well as lectures and articles about group theory and techniques for group leadership.

Upcoming dates coming soon.

This program has been approved for 22.25 contact hours.

Monthly supervision groups are also available to new leaders, as well as to group leaders who are currently leading groups here in our office and in the community.
