Deborah Dekoff

Deborah deKoff is an executive leader, speaker, organizational coach, and philanthropist whose journey from the Bronx to Wall Street exemplifies resilience, vision, and fearless leadership.

She began her career in the futures industry and rose to become a Senior Vice President at one of the world’s leading financial institutions, managing more than $1 billion in assets and breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Throughout her career, Deborah has championed women in leadership—mentoring countless professionals in finance and building networks that foster opportunity, collaboration, and impact. Her leadership was further recognized when she was appointed Chairperson of a global Women’s Initiative, where she transformed a grassroots effort into a platform for advancement, empowerment, and advocacy.

Known as a natural connector, Deborah has built purposeful networks that unite high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, community leaders, and influencers. She is renowned for her ability to design and execute transformative business strategies that accelerate growth, expand impact, and create cultural change.

Extending her influence from Wall Street to Main Street, Deborah has also taken on leadership roles in organizational coaching and philanthropy. She has designed and facilitated corporate retreats, innovation labs, team-development programs, and charitable initiatives. To date, she has raised more than $10 million in support for critical causes—drawing from her experiences in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors to expand impact and reach.

Today, she channels her passion and influence into CaringKind NYC, joining the fight against Alzheimer’s disease as a Committee Member and advocate.

Drawing inspiration from her beginnings in the futures industry, Deborah now focuses on recruiting and empowering future advocates—leaders who will mobilize communities, raise awareness, and lead fearlessly in the mission to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease.
