After decades of working in healthcare, I’ve witnessed countless families struggle to navigate its overwhelming complexities. I learned that knowing isn’t enough—we must apply our wisdom to create real change. This philosophy drove me to co-found Care Collective, Nursing and Care Management company dedicated to helping families coordinate care for aging loved ones. 

I’m joining CaringKind’s 100 Women of Impact project because promoting dignity, independence, and safety for seniors has become my life’s calling. Our whole-person approach assesses each individual’s unique strengths while identifying where support is truly needed—helping families navigate increasingly complex healthcare systems with confidence. 

This collaboration represents another pioneering opportunity to amplify meaningful change across our community.
