Michele Piskin is the Vice President of the Long-Term Care, Residential division and Development at CaringKind, bringing a compassionate, people-centered approach to every decision.  With over 25 years’ experience, her leadership blends strategic vision with a deep commitment to aging, caregiving, and conflict resolution.

Beyond her professional roles, she brings personal insight as a caregiver for family members living with memory loss, understanding firsthand the challenges, emotions, and daily realities that families face.  This experience informs a patient, empathetic approach to care planning, support, and communication.

As the owner/operator of a Geriatric Care Management Agency and as an Experienced Senior Living Operator, she has spent years advocating for dignity, safety, and personalized care for older adults and their families.  Her work is guided by the belief truly excellent care is built on empathy, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving.

She is also an Experienced Pet Therapist, reflecting a holistic approach to well-being that recognizes the healing power of human-animal connections.  Residing in Stamford, Connecticut, she shares her life with her husband and three dogs, and she is the proud mother of three grown children.
