Renita Ray Davis, LICSW-S, PIP, BACS

Renita Ray Davis, LICSW-S, PIP, BACS, is a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and founder of Illuminated Expressions, LLC, a practice and platform dedicated to the art of healing through story, supervision, and community. She is the creator and host of the Goddesses of Social Work podcast, which amplifies the voices of women leading change in mental health, caregiving, and social justice. 

Her dedication to dementia awareness deepened through partnerships that centered the lived experiences of Black families impacted by Alzheimer’s and related dementias. A natural bridge-builder, Renita works at the intersection of clinical care, creative expression, and collective healing, empowering others to transform personal and generational narratives with compassion, wisdom, and purpose.
