Stacey was born and raised in New York. After graduating from Boston University, she returned to the city to attend law school. While she enjoyed law school and passed the bar, Pashcow ultimately decided not to practice law and instead pursued a career in the entertainment industry.
After several years as an agent trainee at ICM and a brief stint in PR for a studio, Pashcow realized her true passion lay in news reporting. She worked for the Chief Investigative Correspondent at ABC for a year before moving to Good Morning America, where she was a producer and top booker for several years. The role required being on call 24/7. While it was incredibly exciting—and even earned an Emmy for 9/11 coverage—it was also deeply draining, especially in the wake of such a tragedy. After a few more years as a freelance reporter, Pashcow decided to transition into real estate.
Pashcow began working new development as a Director of Sales for several developers across New York City through Corcoran Sunshine, eventually shifting to the resale side, joining a top sales team at The Corcoran Group.
As someone who is highly visual and passionate about interiors, she also runs a side business as a designer and stager, collaborating with two decorators who are close friends.
Beyond my professional work, Pashcow is deeply committed to three charities in which she am actively involved: CaringKind (focused on Alzheimer’s and other brain diseases, which run in my family), the Dubin Breast Center at Mount Sinai (I am a 14-year survivor of stage one breast cancer), and Hope for Depression, a cause very close to my heart.
