Do you have good communication skills, empathy, and a desire to learn and grow professionally? If so, we invite you to become a support group facilitator for CaringKind.

- Lead meetings with a group of 5-10 caregivers and/or people with dementia on a regular basis (usually twice a month) and provide emotional support, practical resources, and encouragement.
- Receive comprehensive training and ongoing supervision from our staff experts on Alzheimer's and dementia care, communication strategies, group dynamics, and facilitation techniques.
- Connect with a network of fellow volunteers who share your passion and commitment to improving the quality of life for families affected by dementia.
- Make a positive impact on the lives of those who need it most and gain valuable skills and experience for your personal and professional growth.
Our support groups are a vital part of our mission to ensure that no one faces this challenging journey alone. That's why we are looking for dedicated and empathetic volunteers who share our passion for serving others to become support group facilitators.
